Information You Enter

Receiptrr runs in your browser. Receipt details may be saved locally on your device so your draft can remain available when you come back. Do not enter sensitive account numbers, passwords, government IDs, or private financial information.

Local Storage

The generator may use browser local storage to remember draft receipt details on the same device. This information is not a secure vault. Clear your browser site data if you want to remove saved drafts from the device.

Free Account Pages

If you sign up, Receiptrr stores your name, email, hashed password, signup time, login time, and basic site activity in the site database so the owner can operate the account and admin dashboard.

Site Activity

Receiptrr may record basic activity such as signup, login, template selection, print, download, email, and copy actions. Receipt customer names, merchant names, item descriptions, and totals are not stored in the database by default.

Saved Receipts

If you choose Save to account, the receipt details and generated receipt file are stored in the database so you can view, print, or download them later from your account page.

Ad Booking Requests

If you request an ad placement, Receiptrr stores the company, contact, ad copy, placement, budget, and payment status needed to review and manage that request.

Email and Downloads

Email export opens your device mail app with a drafted message. Download export creates a file in your browser. Review all information before sending or sharing it with anyone.

Advertising

This site is designed to support Google AdSense and owner-managed promotional placements. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show, measure, and improve ads. Replace this policy with your final company, domain, contact, and consent language before publishing.

Analytics

You may add privacy-friendly analytics or Google Analytics later. If analytics are added, disclose what data is collected, why it is used, and how users can manage consent where required.

Children

Receiptrr is intended for business and personal recordkeeping by adults. Do not use the site if you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location.
